If you didn't All other stuff in the 1st part Kasmir Part 2 of 2 "Ok Mulder, how do you suppose we do that? The steps are slippery." She took off her "FBI" sweatshirt reveling a small black T-shirt. She threw the sweatshirt to the ground. "Ok.. why did you do that? It's a perfectly good sweatshirt." Mulder said looking down at the not soaked sweatshirt. "It was getting heavy from being wet, it was annoying... Lets go Mulder." She said inching towards him. It was dark. And here they were in the woods. Not to far from the house. The porch light provided them with some light to see. Mulder looked down again. He felt the rain pour down his face, his close getting soaked, the sweatshirt getting heavy. "Alright I'll try." He inched towards the edge of the treehouse, his feet dangling off the end. The rain poured harder. Even threw all the trees it still managed to pour. "So much for hurrying and staying dry." Scully mumbled. "I'm trying..." he nagged. "This damn sweatshirt keeps getting in the way.. he struggled with it. Trying to move, but it was all funny around the arms. "Take the damn thing off." She said as she whipped her hair around to get it out of her face. Mulder struggled with trying to get it off. "Oh god damn it!" he yelled struggling more. "What is the problem?!" She asked getting annoying, desperately wanted to get out of the treehouse. "I can't get the fucker off!" he yelled. "Let me help you." She grabbed a hold of it and tried pulling it over his head. It was drenched and heavy. A hard task. "Mulder! Stop moving!" he did as she asked, and she pulled the sweatshirt off of him. They both sighed with relief and she tossed it to the ground where hers was. It landed with a "Spat!" "Piece of Shit." She stated. Obviously annoyed. "Its FBI apparel what do you expect?" he grinned when he turned around to look at her. "Mulder? You didn't wear a shirt underneath your sweatshirt?" she asked curiously obviously checking him out. She was so turned on. The water freely rolling off his back. He grinned. "Of course not Scully, why are you offended by my nudeness?" Scully wanted to laugh but held it in. "Nope." Was all she could say. Mulder continued to grin. Her black T-shirt was sticking to her. She tugged at her shirt. She grabbed the end of it, and squeezed water from it. "What are you waiting for Mulder? Let's get down!" She hoped he would start moving or she was going to jump off. A shirtless Mulder was taking the control right from her. He saw the plea in her eyes and put his foot on a branch. He grabbed onto a branch above him. Slowly, he put his foot on the first step, then grabbed onto the branch that his foot had recently been at. He lost his footing, and his feet slipped from the step. "AHH!" "Mulder!!!" she quickly crawled to the edge looking down at him. "I'm ok, just lost a step." He assured her, and put his foot back on it. She put her hand on top of his on the branch. He looked up. "Be careful." She smiled. "I will." He smiled back. He had to look down quickly cause the rain fell into his eyes. Mulder made it down, and now it was Scully's turn. She took a deep breath. She made it past where Mulder slipped just fine. But about almost all the way down she felt the step crack under her, and she fell the rest of the way. At least it wasn't so far down. Mulder caught her, before she hit. His arms were tightly wrapped around her waist. "Scully, are you ok?!" worried, he turned her around in his arms so that she was facing him. She opened her eyes to see Mulder's face in front of her's. "Huh? Oh, I'm fine." Then she realized where her hands where. They were on Mulder's very warm wet chest. she thought. "Lets get out of here." He said. Lighting then thunder hit. Scully jumped. It was so loud. "Its ok, only a little thunder." He assured her. She thought. "Yeah.. lets go." He let go of her, and she bent down to pick up their sweatshirts. How heavy they seemed. She rang them out. But what little good that would do since they would be drenched within another 10 seconds. She got frustrated and threw them at the tree. "Like I said. Piece of shit." She walked back towards Mulder, as he laughed. "Your not just going to leave them there are you?" "Why the hell not? We got like 10 of them. I'll get them later." "Good point." He said and they started walking. It lightning then thundered again. Louder this time. Scully jumped again. Scared like a little kid she grabbed onto Mulder's arm. He looked down at her. "Scully are you afraid of Thunder?" He asked wrapping the arm that she recently grabbed for around her shoulder. "No not really.... Well when I was a kid I sorta was. Sometimes when the thunder was so loud, it was so close that I could feel it. Every loud crack went right threw me. But I learned to get over it. Then one spring night, much like this one, lightning hit our house. After that I was absolutely terrified of it. But again I grew out of it. But tonight, its different. I again can feel the storm, as if it were right here above us." She confessed, hoping she wouldn't sound like a scared kid. His arm tightened around her. It lightning again. Bright as ever, and thundered even louder. Scully screamed, and fell to the ground. "Scully!!!" He screamed. Everything was pitch black. Obviously the power when out, and that could explain why the porch light provided them with no light. "Damn it." He muttered. He was on his knees, feeling the rain water seep threw his jeans. Scully was shaking. "Scully?! Are you ok?" he was getting more worried. He ran his hand threw his wet hair. He kneeled down, and covered her body with his. "It will be alright, I'm here. Scully?... Dana!" he screamed. Her only movement was her shaking, and her hand was at the base of her neck, and her eyes wide open. Mulder could only see this when it lightning struck. It continued to rain. Hard. "I wonder where Dana and Fox are? There's a real bad storm." Margret Scully said staring out the window. "There fine mom, I'm sure Mulder and her found some place to.....ah..talk." Charlie suggested. "Yeah I'm sure they are." She smiled. Bill glared at his brother, then lit another candle. Mulder carried Scully, hopping he was going the right direction. She was awake and not shaking anymore. She didn't say a word, and just let Mulder carry here. Mulder couldn't tell if it was shock or not. "Scully?" he asked. No answer. "Scully??" Again no answer. He was in panic. He didn't know what to do, let alone what was wrong with her. The tears burned as they ran down his face. The rain quickly replaced that burn. "Scully!?" "hmmm..?" she mumbled. He stopped and set her down. "Omigod! What the hell happened?! Are you alright?" "I ahhh....hmmmm.... I could of swore I was hit by lightning. All I could see was a very bright light. My neck throbbed, and I couldn't stand up. Was I hit?" she asked. She stuck her hands out in front of her, and found Mulder's chest. "I have gone blind!!" She screamed. Mulder pulled her in for a hug, and laughed. "This is not a laughed matter Mulder, I have been hit by lightning and gone blind!" She tried pulling away but Mulder hung on. "No Scully, you were not hit by lightning. You all of a sudden screamed and fell to the ground. You're not blind either. The power went out." "Oh." She felt stupid. "Then how the hell do were know where were going?" she asked and Mulder let go of her. Her T-shirt was getting incredibly uncomfortable. The rain hasn't even let up, and they stood there drenched shaking from the cold. "I don't know. I just continued to walk strait, hoping I wouldn't get my eye poked out by a branch." "Well then we should keep going.. it shouldn't be that far. Hell we should already be there by now. Are you sure Mulder?" "Ahhh................no." "Figures." She sighed. "Well Lets start walking." She said already walking away. Mulder raced to catch up, but wasn't sure where she was. "Scully!?" "Yeah?" he started walking towards her voice. "I can't see you." "I know that. But your right in front of me." "In front? I was just in back." He was confused, so he stopped. Sure enough, he felt Scully's hands on his back. "See." "Sure I guess." He grabbed on to her hand. He could almost fell her eye brow raise. "So we don't loose each other." "Of course." She replied. They walked a little further. "What's that?" Scully asked, pointing to a bright light. "Their heeerrre." Mulder said in an annoying voice. "They've always been here." She added, in a husky voice. "Ohh Agent Scully, don't do that to me." He laughed. She giggled. "No it's the porch light!! Were right there. Hell Were in the yard!" Scully started to run, pulling Mulder along. Mulder slipped on the wet grass falling backwards taking Scully with him. She landed on him breaking her fall. There was a big splash that drenched them both even more. They laid in a large puddle. "Oops." He grinned. "Very slick." "Thanks." He laughed. "You know in this position..... makes me wanna to bad things." She confessed. Mulder grinned big. "Oh does it Agent Scully?" Her face got closer to his. "Ahh.. yeah." She got closer. "Well by all means, do share." "I'd rather not." She said and covered his lips with hers. The electricity flew threw them. Both not wanting to move. Scully let go, and smiled down at her partner. "Oh god Scully......" There was a long silence. Both just stared at one another. Mulder began to laugh. The rain created little splashes from the huge puddle they lay in. "What the hell is so funny?" "Our first kiss was in a pool full of worms." "WORMS!!!!" she screamed. She got out quickly. He grabbed her and before she could leave and pulled her back to him. She fell back into the large puddle splashing Mulder. She sat up. Realizing where she was, got up quickly and ran out of the water, slipping and falling to the ground. Well at least she wasn't in the puddle full of worms. Mulder sat up in the puddle. He grinned, and got out. He held out his hand like he had something in it. He hovered it above her. Then she seen it, and screamed. "Bastard! Get that worm away from me!!" she yelled getting up, and running from him. He threw the worm and ran after her laughing. He caught up, and grabbed her. Giving her a kiss before they went in. Scully knocked on the door. Bill answered. He seen the two standing there. She was drenched her shirt sticking to her like a second skin. Her loose jeans were now tightened, hair very wet. He looked at Mulder. No Shirt. Jeans hanging low on his waist, hair slicked back but still very nice looking. "What the hell!? What the hell happened?!" Bill yelled. Mrs. Scully went to the door. "Fox, Dana! What happened?" she asked. "We got stuck in the rain." Scully answered dryly. She shivered. So did Mulder. "Like hell." Bill grabbed Mulder by the arm, and pulled him hard inside. He went to the ground giving him a carpet burn on his back. He groaned. "William Scully!" his mother yelled. Bill ignored her. Charlie watched, glaring at Bill. "What the hell did you do to her? Bastard! Did you fuck her in the rain? HUH? Did ya?!" He yelled. His mother watched in horror. "Shut the *fuck * up Bill!" Scully screamed. Mrs. Scully's eyes widened in her daughter's use of a bad word. "Leave Mulder alone, he did nothing." She said. "Yeah I'm sure." He said cocky and kicked Mulder in the side. He groaned again. "BILL!!" Scully yelled. "So tell me Dana, why is his shirt gone? I thought you two where wearing sweatshirts!?" "We had to get rid of them they were to heavy, in the way." She answered shivering. "Yeah In the Way. I bet." "All right Bill, I've had enough of this. Come Down!" Charlie interrupted, stepping up to his bother. "Your making a totally ass of your self!" He grabbed him and pushed him to the couch. He sat there glaring at everyone. "If you only knew what he has done to her. To the family. You would hate him as much as I do. But how would you know that? Your never here!" Bill said to his brother. "I know about Mulder. I know it all. And its not all his fault. Would you just get past all this hate and see that they love each other." Charlie told his brother. Mulder and Scully both looked at him. He all of a sudden turned pale. "Right?" There was a long silence. "Right." Mulder replied getting off the floor. "Right." Scully said after. Everyone left the living room. Bill remained on the couch. Scully sat in her room. She had on another "FBI" sweatshirt. She had just got out of the shower. A hot shower at that. Shewaited for Mulder to get out. When he went into her room she was sleeping already. He decided not to wake her, and quietly slipped into his cot. Then he heard movement. "Took you long enough." "Scully?" "Yep." She got in and laid down next to him. She brought along a blanket and wrapped it around them both. He smiled. "I really do love you Scully." He said. "I really do love you too." She replied. He kissed her on he forehead. "I think whatever happened out there, when you collapsed,.. I think it had something to do to that chip." "My implant?" "Yep." "Whatever, lets go to sleep." She yawned. Long silence. "Scully?" "Yeah." "What kind of material is this blanket made out of? Its quite nice." "Its Kashmir." "Kashmir?" "Yep. Kashmir." The End. (Part 2 of 2) That makes me wanna sing Kashmir!
