Let me comfort you
Pillow your head in my lap and
Let me stroke your hair
Murmur soft words in your ear
Calm your fears
Kiss away your tears
Take you away
To an island that demons cannot reach
Where the light will keep the shadows at bay
A paradise
Where you are always welcome
Love is unconditional
A place where my arms await you
Come
Let me lead you home.
