Marriage 08: Old Habits Die Hard

It takes place about six weeks into Scully's and Mulder's marriage, a couple of weeks after the lunch in "Girls' Day Out."

Marriage 10: The Madness of an Hour

In my universe Mulder and Scully aren't given much opportunity to be a couple before they are, suddenly, a married couple. This, combined with the stories I have seen on this group which imagine Our Heroes as teenagers, gave me the inspiration for this story. It's just for fun, with no X-file, no gunznbombz, just a lot of physical attraction and, I hope, a few laughs. Rated -- I dunno, PG-13? for lust and suggestive material, though absolutely nothing explicit. It's set in October of 1999, a little over five months after the wedding.

I'm still a bit peeved at CC for not addressing that. It was begun almost right after "Anasazi" aired and just . . . grew. Those writers who have editors know how addictive drafting can get; I finally just decided to bite the bullet and post it before Season Four draws any nearer.
